This Remote tuning option is for our non local customers, or just folks needing remote help/setup/tuning! This will be a "by the hour" billing, and sessions should be communicated via email( madscientistauto@gmail.com ), text(6066151432), or Facebook Messenger prior to purchase so we can schedule your tunning time.
We have been tuning email based log revisions for years, and this is a service many customers have asked for and its time for us to offer it!
Prior to our remote tuning session, please download and install on your laptop a program called AnyDesk. Once installed, open the program and send me the 9 or 10 digit “your address” number at the top of the AnyDesk screen.
You may wonder why you need anydesk, It's so we can remotely control your laptop while tuning.
Basic Instructions:
1. Go to www.anydesk.com
2. Click Download Now in center of the screen
3. Run the anydesk.exe program
4. A screen will pop up with "Your Address" displayed followed by a 9-10 digit number
5. Give Jarvis The Number
6. Accept the connection request
You will need the following:
Laptop and charger connected to ecu
Good wifi connection to Laptop
Having your ecu's tuning software downloaded is a plus and will save time
Price is Per Hour, Available in 1 hour sessions; Scheduled after purchase.
